DELCO Manual Cast Iron Lug Butterfly Valve, Worm Gear, PN16/Class 150, DN06-DN100
Designed for terminal end-of-line service and secure mounting, this Lug-style butterfly valve features threaded inserts across the entire Cast Iron body circumference. Operated by a precision worm gear, it offers PN16/Class 150 rated isolation, allowing downstream piping to be removed while maintaining upstream pressure .

Features
A gear-operated lug-style butterfly valve with threaded mounting points, enabling secure end-of-line isolation and downstream maintenance without system shutdown.
✅Lug Style Versatility: Features threaded lugs drilled to match flange patterns (DIN/ANSI), allowing the valve to be bolted directly to a single pipe flange, making it perfect for end-of-line dead-end service.
✅Independent Upstream/Downstream Isolation: Unlike wafer valves, the lug design allows bolts to enter from both sides independently, permitting the removal of downstream piping for maintenance while the valve stays closed under pressure.
✅Cost-Efficient Cast Iron Body: Constructed from durable Cast Iron (GG25) or Ductile Iron (GGG40), providing a robust, economical solution for water and HVAC systems compared to a full Lug Type Knife Gate Valve.
✅Worm Gear Control: The manual gearbox ensures slow, high-torque operation, preventing shock waves in the pipeline and allowing for precise positioning of the disc.
✅Resilient Seating: Equipped with an EPDM or NBR liner vulcanized to the body, ensuring Class A bubble-tight shutoff and preventing corrosion between the line fluid and the iron body.
