DELCO CS11H/CS41H Threaded Free Float Steam Trap, Vertical / Horizontal
The CS11H/CS41H Threaded Free Float Steam Trap offers the same high-efficiency condensate removal as its flanged counterpart but in a compact, threaded design for easier installation in tight spaces. Available in Carbon Steel (WCB) or Stainless Steel, it features a precision-ground float that continuously discharges condensate at saturation temperature, making it ideal for steam tracers, small heat exchangers, and process equipment.

Features
A compact threaded steam trap with a free-floating ball mechanism, ensuring continuous condensate discharge and steam retention for efficient process heating.
✅Compact Threaded Design: Features Female NPT or BSP threaded connections, allowing for quick and secure installation directly into piping systems without the need for mating flanges, saving space and installation costs.
✅High-Precision Free Float: The only moving part is a high-precision hollow stainless steel sphere, which rotates freely to prevent localized wear, ensuring a tight seal and an exceptionally long service life compared to mechanical lever traps.
✅Continuous Drainage: Delivers immediate and continuous condensate discharge as it forms, maintaining high heat transfer efficiency in equipment and preventing the dangerous accumulation of condensate (waterlogging).
✅Integrated Air Venting: Includes a thermostatic air vent (X-element) that automatically expels air and non-condensable gases during startup and operation, preventing air binding and ensuring rapid system warm-up.
✅Robust & Durable Body: Constructed from heavy-duty Cast Steel (WCB) or Stainless Steel, capable of withstanding high pressures (up to PN40) and temperatures, suitable for rugged industrial steam applications.
