The DELCO ZJHP (Single Seat) and ZJHM (Sleeve) series are our flagship pneumatic control valves, designed to international IEC standards. Featuring a compact multi-spring diaphragm actuator, these valves are 30% lighter and shorter than traditional models while delivering a 30% higher flow coefficient (Kv). They provide precise process control for a wide range of fluids, replacing older domestic and imported valves with superior efficiency.

✅Two Specialized Configurations: Choose the ZJHP (Single Seat) for tight shutoff and low leakage applications, or the ZJHM (Sleeve Type) for high pressure differential stability and reduced noise, offering flexible solutions compared to standard Ball Valves.
✅Compact & High Efficiency: Designed with a streamlined body and multi-spring actuator, this series reduces installation height and weight by 30% while boosting the Kv flow value by 30%, ensuring energy-saving operation.
✅Precision Diaphragm Actuator: Equipped with ZHA (Direct Acting) or ZHB (Reverse Acting) multi-spring actuators featuring deep-basin diaphragms. These ensure consistent effective area and reliable operation from -40℃ to +85℃.
✅Flexible Control Logic: Available in Air-to-Open (Spring Return) or Air-to-Close modes to suit safety requirements. The actuator connects to the valve stem via a split nut for easy, tool-free maintenance.
✅Versatile Process Connection: The body features a straight-through low-resistance flow path with various flange types (RF/MFM). Suitable for both standard and high-temperature environments using PTFE or Graphite packing.
