Unlike cast valves, the body is machined from solid forged steel (A105, F22, F91, F316). This dense, pore-free structure provides superior strength and fatigue resistance, making it essential for small-bore high-pressure lines (DN10–DN100) where safety is non-negotiable.
✅Full Bore & Low Pressure Drop

✅Stellite Hard-Faced Wedge & Seat

✅Pressure Seal / Welded Bonnet
Designed for high-pressure ratings (Class 1500–2500), the valve typically features a Pressure Seal Bonnet or Welded Bonnet. This design utilizes the internal line pressure to reinforce the body-bonnet seal—the higher the pressure, the tighter the seal.
✅Intelligent Multi-Turn Actuation
