Designed for large-scale municipal and industrial gas networks, this heavy-duty flanged emergency shut-off valve withstands up to 16 Bar, instantly cutting off massive gas flows triggered by leak detectors to prevent catastrophic hazards.
1. Heavy-Duty WCB & SS Construction: Manufactured from high-strength WCB (Carbon Steel) or premium Stainless Steel. Specifically rated to handle high-pressure natural gas, LPG, and petrochemical gases up to 16 Bar without body deformation.
2. Secure Flanged Integration (DN40-DN200): Equipped with industrial-standard large flanges to absorb pipeline vibration and thermal shock, ensuring absolute zero-leakage in massive main gas headers.
3. Instant Emergency Linkage: Connects with industrial gas detectors and central fire alarm systems (DCS/PLC). Closes the main gas line in less than 1 second upon receiving an emergency signal.
4. Energy-Saving Normally Open (NO): Consumes zero energy during 24/7 normal gas flow. The coil is energized only during emergencies, eliminating the risk of electrical sparking or coil overheating.
5. Manual Reset Safety Cap: Complies with strict industrial gas safety codes. Once triggered, the valve locks shut and requires a manual pull-reset by an engineer after the pipeline has been inspected and cleared.
